Join Us for Open Lacrosse Practices Every Sunday!
We’re excited to announce that starting Sunday, October 27th, we’ll be hosting open lacrosse practices for all levels, K-12, at Heardmont from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM every Sunday.
These sessions are a great opportunity for players to sharpen their skills leading into the spring season. The practices will be designed to challenge each player at their own level, with personalized coaching to ensure steady improvement. It’s the perfect chance to stay game-ready, build confidence, and refine key skills. Feel free to bring friends who might be interested in trying the sport as well!
We encourage everyone to join, whether you’re new to lacrosse or a seasoned player.

What: Open Practices
When: Every Sunday from 3-5 p.m., starting October 27, 2024 through TBD date in December, good weather permitting.
Where: Heardmont Park (field behind stadium scoreboard), 5458 Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham, AL 35242
Who: Girls grades K-12, both beginner and experienced players welcomed.
