We’re excited to announce that starting Sunday, We’re excited to announce that starting Sunday, October 27th, we’ll be hosting open lacrosse practices for all levels, K-12, at Heardmont (field behind stadium scoreboard) from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM every Sunday. These sessions are a great opportunity for players to sharpen their skills leading into the spring season. The practices will be designed to challenge each player at their own level, with personalized coaching to ensure steady improvement. It’s the perfect chance to stay game-ready, build confidence, and refine key skills. Feel free to bring friends who might be interested in trying the sport as well!
